Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from, you can return it to Practecol LLC within 30 days of purchase date subject to the conditions listed below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within one business day of receipt of merchandise.

NOTE: This policy applies only to purchases on the website. Returns or refunds on Guardzilla products purchased at one of our retail partners must be obtained from the retailer where the product was purchased.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will process the refund. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.


If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-7 business days for the replacement to be processed.


Please read all the conditions listed below. If these conditions are not met, Practecol LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or request for exchange.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all components, packing material, manuals, and accessories.
  • Practecol LLC is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Practecol LLC is responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model.

Return Instructions

To request a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number using our online form. Important: We will not process a refund or exchange without an RMA number. Please request an RMA number and wait to receive your RMA number before continuing with these return instructions.
  2. Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, print and complete our Exchanges & Returns Form and follow the shipping instructions on the form.

We will take care of the rest for you!

Once our Customer Service Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
